Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment, with at least 3 years managing enterprise accounts and achieving commercial targets. Proven expertise in managing complex accounts, strategic renewals, and long-term customer success with enterprise-level clients is required. Exceptional interpersonal skills, experience presenting to large audiences, strong organizational abilities, and a demonstrated ability to orchestrate cross-functional resources are essential. Familiarity with Martech and excitement for a dynamic startup environment are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will own and manage a portfolio of 10-25 enterprise customers, developing tailored strategies for renewals, growth, and retention. They will create and execute engagement plans to help customers leverage AI solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure maximum value and broad product adoption. This role involves becoming a product expert, collaborating with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to share feedback and resolve escalations, and influencing the product roadmap by representing the voice of the customer.
