Strong analytical skills, experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and/or Amplitude are essential. The role also requires strong problem-solving skills, a passion for innovation, self-motivation, results-driven initiative, and the ability to independently assess digital marketing data. Experience in SaaS and/or e-commerce is mandatory, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders.
