Requirements

Candidates should possess over 8 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or related marketing fields, with hands-on experience managing CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through lifecycle monetization strategies, including freemium-to-paid conversions, tiered upsell initiatives, and customer win-back campaigns is required. Strong analytical skills, experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and/or Amplitude are essential. The role also requires strong problem-solving skills, a passion for innovation, self-motivation, results-driven initiative, and the ability to independently assess digital marketing data. Experience in SaaS and/or e-commerce is mandatory, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end customer lifecycle mapping across key journey stages, identifying opportunities for automation and personalized engagement. They will design and launch campaigns across various channels including email, SMS, in-app messaging, and push notifications, and create segmentation strategies based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data. This role involves defining and tracking critical customer lifecycle metrics, leading performance reporting, and continuously testing, optimizing, and scaling initiatives through A/B testing and performance analysis. The manager will also partner with cross-functional teams like Product, Data, Creative, and Sales to build a cohesive customer journey and stay ahead of industry trends in growth marketing and digital advertising.
