About the Role

The Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Quandri is a strategic position focused on managing and advancing our largest and most complex enterprise accounts, with a particular emphasis on the US market. This role requires an experienced professional capable of engaging effectively with C-Suite and executive stakeholders, driving deep product adoption, and leading cross-functional relationships to achieve measurable business outcomes.

You will act as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for your assigned large enterprise customers, responsible for driving retention, revenue growth, and overall customer value realization. By partnering closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams, you will ensure Quandri becomes an integral part of our customers' success in automating insurance brokerage processes.

This role demands high ownership, strong executive presence, and a solutions-oriented approach to navigate complexity and advance relationships and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Quandri’s products and clearly communicate their value and impact.
  • Understand the fundamentals of the insurance broker landscape and the day-to-day processes of personal lines renewal brokers.
  • Provide adoption and change management sessions to customers and their teams on how to effectively utilize our product.
  • Own end-to-end relationships with assigned large enterprise customers, serving as the primary point of contact and voice for Quandri.
  • Build and maintain multithreaded connections at executive, operational, and technical levels within customer organizations.
  • Lead strategic conversations, business reviews, and executive alignment sessions that drive customer value.
