The Client Strategy Manager will own and cultivate client relationships by leveraging product expertise to drive value and user engagement, acting as a trusted resource and thought partner. They will develop rapport with key decision-makers, partner with cross-functional teams to set and execute account strategy, identify upsell opportunities, and advocate for client needs cross-departmentally to contribute to best-in-class practices within the Investor team.
