Requirements

Candidates should possess 10-15 years of experience in Enterprise Technical Sales, with a proven record of influencing technical mindshare and achieving sales targets. A strong technical acumen, customer consulting experience, and CRM proficiency are essential. Experience with AI-driven platforms for software development, particularly in requirements generation and code reverse engineering, is highly valued, as is familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs). The role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, creativity in sales approaches, strong organizational skills, negotiation abilities, social problem-solving skills, and the capacity to multitask in a high-velocity sales environment. Willingness to travel 10-30% is also required.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to strategize and execute sales for Fortune 500 companies, acting as a consultative partner to guide customers in leveraging AI-driven solutions for software modernization. Key duties include crafting and delivering technical and sales presentations to diverse audiences, communicating the value of AI tools to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and serving as a trusted technology advisor. The role also involves tailoring platform capabilities to meet specific customer needs, providing feedback to Marketing and Product teams on competitive landscapes and feature requirements, developing and selling product/program suggestions, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. Continuous learning about industry updates is also expected.
