Exceptional project management and time management skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities to conduct deep discovery, manage customer expectations, and address concerns. A proven track record of collaborating with technical counterparts in Product and Engineering for feedback, troubleshooting, and ideation is required, as is the ability to anticipate customer needs and position product solutions effectively. High adaptability and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree and experience with accounting software like Netsuite or Quickbooks are considered nice-to-haves.
The Customer Activation Manager will project manage the thorough implementation and onboarding of new Ramp Strategic Enterprise customers. They will execute program management for successful product launches across top-tier accounts in partnership with cross-functional teams and act as a strategic consultant to guide customers through Ramp setup and best practices. Responsibilities include understanding customer workflows, pain points, and priorities to showcase tailored solutions, driving initial product utilization and revenue by minimizing implementation delays, and becoming an expert in Ramp’s product integration and configuration options. The role also involves assisting customers with change management, running custom trainings, partnering with the product team to ensure customer feedback is reviewed and prioritized, and facilitating product workshops. Balancing priorities, managing multiple tasks, and performing proactive outreach are key duties.
