Candidates must have a strong track record in finding, qualifying, and selling new enterprise business opportunities, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. They should be capable of building meaningful relationships quickly, managing and closing opportunities in their sales pipeline, and possess a history of selling to pharmaceutical companies. Ideal candidates have experience in outbound sales strategy, can quickly learn and communicate product knowledge, and are comfortable with cold outreach. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred, along with 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience and strong knowledge, experience, and relationships in the pharmaceutical industry. Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a documented track record of success against KPIs and quota, and excellent problem-solving skills are also required.
The Enterprise SaaS Account Executive will consult with enterprise pharmaceutical companies to identify potential partnership opportunities and meet quarterly targets for new business development and revenue generation. Responsibilities include generating new business opportunities through prospecting, managing the full sales cycle from initial meeting to securing new business, and providing accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts. The role involves leveraging sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, consulting with various departments within client organizations and their vendors to build business cases, and assisting Client Success and Product teams with new SaaS platform implementations. Additionally, the Account Executive will collaborate with management to improve marketing materials, expand marketing presence, strategically negotiate with potential customers to close new business, and conduct prospect research for personalized outreach.
