Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 to 7+ years of proven experience selling solutions to Marketing, IT, and brands. The ideal candidate is high energy, data-minded, naturally inquisitive, and tech-savvy with prior senior-level sales experience. Experience in the Sports industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Director will achieve sales targets by selling Adobe’s Digital Marketing product lines to the company's largest customers in the Sports industry. Responsibilities include developing long-term customer relationships, crafting strategic account plans, and engaging in software solution selling through direct customer contact. The role involves building relationships at all levels, including the C-suite, guiding customers to a successful start with Adobe, and helping them expand the value realized from the solution. The Account Director will also identify and achieve sales plans, solve complex problems, communicate persuasively, build executive relationships, demonstrate industry expertise, articulate Adobe's value proposition, lead and orchestrate Adobe's ecosystem and partners, manage complex internal sales processes, and meet sales quotas.
