Your Role

As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving Zip's expansion within global enterprises with revenues exceeding $7 billion. This is a high-impact, consultative sales position that demands deep industry expertise, a proactive hunter mentality, and a passion for solving complex procurement challenges.


Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: Engage with C-level executives, influence stakeholders across procurement, finance, IT, legal, and operations, and effectively navigate long, complex deal cycles.
  • Drive new business: Proactively prospect and leverage your network to develop a robust pipeline, supported by BDRs and marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor: Understand enterprise procurement challenges and position Zip as a transformative solution for enhancing efficiency and controlling costs.
  • Solution-sell with vision: Demonstrate Zip's immediate impact while aligning with customers' long-term digital transformation goals.
  • Shape the future: Contribute to refining Zip's sales strategy, processes, and team culture as an early sales leader in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Leverage best-in-class sales tools: Utilize platforms such as Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to optimize outreach and pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling to procurement, finance, legal, IT, operations, supply chain, or manufacturing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring net-new logos within organizations of 10,000+ employees.
  • Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles, including multiple stakeholders, navigating procurement processes, and driving executive-level consensus.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple opportunities.
