Significant experience closing deals over $150,000 ARR to enterprise customers is required, along with familiarity in adtech, martech, or selling to marketers. Experience navigating six to seven figure ACV sales processes with large, complex prospects is essential. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience in early-stage startups, is comfortable with ambiguity, and possesses strong communication skills.
The Senior Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for closing new business for DV Rockerbox, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing complex deals. This includes building stakeholder relationships, conducting product demos, and providing tailored solutions using a consultative approach. Responsibilities also include maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, achieving ambitious monthly quotas, and collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to share market feedback.
