A minimum of 8+ years of integrated B2B marketing experience, particularly in strategic accounts field marketing roles, is required. Proven success in developing and executing field marketing campaigns, events, and regional demand generation efforts is essential. The role demands a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional program and project management abilities. A strong analytical mindset and a results-driven approach are also necessary, along with an understanding of strategic account buying dynamics and behaviors in the US West.
The Field Marketing Manager will develop, lead, and execute strategic integrated marketing plans, programs, and account-based campaigns targeting Strategic accounts in the US West. This includes serving as the primary field marketing lead for the territory, driving alignment with sales and partners, and ensuring programs impact pipeline generation, awareness, engagement, and account growth. Responsibilities include acting as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership, tracking and reporting on marketing activities and pipeline performance, planning and managing regional activities like events and tradeshows, and driving customized account-based marketing campaigns. The manager will also collaborate with various marketing teams to define target accounts and messaging, recommend content development, and manage the budget, ROI, and performance metrics for regional marketing programs.
