They should have the ability to manage and motivate a team, drive them to success, and possess a pro-active, independent mindset with high energy and a positive attitude. Strategic thinking skills and an understanding of the bigger picture and business drivers are also required.
The District Manager will hire, enable, coach, develop, and motivate a field sales team, scaling and developing territories through strategic planning and effective account assignment. They will be responsible for navigating complex legal negotiations, eliminating technical barriers, ensuring the success of events through marketing collaboration and attendance accountability, and accelerating time to capacity agreement by ensuring effective execution during the sales cycle. Additionally, they will ensure customer success and effective consumption of Snowflake by engaging in strategic account planning, involving Customer Advisory Services, monitoring consumption, and engaging with Product Management and C-Level executives. The role also includes managing weekly forecast meetings with the Regional Vice President and developing an in-region partner network.
