Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a premier consumer finance and/or capital markets organization. Possession of FINRA certifications such as Series 24, Series 7, Series 4, and/or 63/66 is required. A proven track record of sales and/or direct customer acquisition success, along with experience operating within regulatory compliance constraints, is essential. The ability to develop client acquisition processes and a deep understanding of capital markets and active trading, including equities, crypto, and options, are necessary. Bonus points are awarded for familiarity with API-based trading, equity capital markets, trading, research, financial data, platform providers, AI tools, and programming languages like SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager, Active Traders will be responsible for directly acquiring and advocating for active traders on the Public platform. This role involves working across all functions and utilizing all available assets to attract, acquire, and retain active traders. Key duties include building and maintaining a pipeline of high-potential prospects from various sources and collaborating with external partners when necessary to achieve sales goals. The position also requires representing the firm and speaking publicly.
