Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales. Prior experience in Real Estate and/or high-growth Property Technology companies is required, along with excellent and assertive communication skills, the ability to influence cross-functionally without authority, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Sales Enablement Leader will design, implement, and manage the overall sales enablement strategy, partnering with leadership to identify gaps and prioritize initiatives. Responsibilities include developing frameworks for onboarding and continuous learning, creating and delivering structured onboarding and ongoing training programs on sales methodology, product knowledge, and market trends, and facilitating training sessions in various formats. The role involves serving as a resource to close deals or coach sales teams, collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop and organize sales collateral, and analyzing sales metrics and funnel performance to measure program impact and report on success.
