Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 8-12+ years of B2B growth marketing experience, with a strong focus on mid-market and enterprise SaaS. Proven success in generating qualified pipeline and driving revenue through multi-channel enterprise programs is essential. Hands-on experience with key growth tools such as Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms, Demandbase, and reporting tools like Tableau is required. A strong understanding of mid-market and enterprise buying behavior and multi-stakeholder engagement is necessary, along with experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and RevOps teams in high-growth, performance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for creating and executing a mid-market and enterprise go-to-market strategy and developing programs to generate and accelerate demand. Key responsibilities include building pipeline, accelerating conversion, and driving revenue from mid-market and enterprise customers. The individual will define and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across various channels, identify and prioritize target segments, and collaborate with Sales on account targeting and pipeline goals. Responsibilities also include owning and optimizing performance across channels like LinkedIn Ads and programmatic display, driving end-to-end campaign execution, and leveraging data for personalized outreach. The role involves operating within a B2B tech stack, building tracking and measurement plans, continuously optimizing programs, and partnering with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, RevOps, Analytics, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive growth.
