Requirements

Candidates should have 7-10+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments with a proven track record of owning pipeline strategy and delivering measurable ARR impact. Deep expertise is required across digital marketing, paid media, ABM, lifecycle marketing, outbound strategies, and funnel conversion. Hands-on experience building and scaling BDR/SDR teams and outbound growth programs is essential, as is experience in a global, matrixed organization requiring cross-functional marketing and sales alignment. A strong data-driven mindset and excellent leadership skills to build high-performing, high-trust teams are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Head of Growth will architect and scale the pipeline engine for Workvivo's expansion by building and leading a cross-functional team across Digital Demand Generation, BDR/SDR, and Field Marketing. This role involves owning pipeline creation across multiple channels, directly managing Marketing Demand and the Outbound BDR organization, and partnering with Sales and Executive Leadership. Responsibilities include building and executing the global pipeline generation strategy, leading teams in demand generation, outbound BDR, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and field marketing, and collaborating with brand, content, product marketing, and marketing ops. The role also encompasses owning all digital growth programs, building scalable campaign frameworks, managing BDR/SDR teams, executing regional programs and events, and serving as a trusted partner to Sales to ensure alignment on pipeline goals and conversion.
