Responsibilities

The Head of Growth Marketing will lead the team responsible for customer acquisition, nurturing, and engagement, overseeing lifecycle marketing, performance media, advertising, and integrated campaigns to build a growth engine. Key duties include mentoring and developing the marketing team, partnering with Sales and Revenue Operations to drive qualified pipeline and meet goals, establishing data-driven measurement tools and reporting for strategy and coaching, and delivering insights to inform messaging, channel mix, and campaign strategy through experimentation. Responsibilities also include refining attribution and forecasting in partnership with RevOps, executing brand-forward, full-funnel campaigns with Creative and Product Marketing, adapting Go-To-Market strategies for upmarket and enterprise expansion, and regularly engaging with senior leadership to share insights and performance updates.
