Requirements

Candidates should have 1-2+ years of emerging SaaS sales experience and experience closing deals up to $50K. A deep understanding of marketing technology, data solutions, CDP, or RevTech is required, along with the ability to navigate pricing objections and competitive dynamics. A track record of consistently exceeding quota, particularly in a high-growth environment, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles across multiple departments are essential. Strong storytelling and negotiation skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Growth Account Director will own a portfolio of Corporate and Mid-Market accounts, focusing on growth and retention. They will proactively generate pipeline through strategic prospecting, develop expansion strategies across business units and functions, and partner closely with the CSM team to ensure adoption and customer success. The role requires acting as a trusted advisor, understanding customer goals to drive value-based selling, defending value, navigating pricing objections, and building and managing a pipeline that supports quarterly and annual targets with accurate forecasting and activity tracking in Salesforce.
