Candidates must have over 5 years of experience marketing B2B Enterprise SaaS products and a proven ability to own strategy and execute quickly. A strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, and SEO tools is required, along with experience in ABM, SEO, paid ads, and email marketing. Strong copywriting and content briefing skills are essential, as is the ability to align marketing with sales and product in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Experience managing content marketers and freelancers is also expected.
The Marketing Director will own the company's marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance tracking across multiple channels and customer segments. This includes leading go-to-market strategy, defining positioning and messaging, prioritizing campaigns by ROI, and setting quarterly marketing OKRs. Responsibilities also encompass planning and executing ABM and paid campaigns, managing the content calendar, owning SEO strategy, developing brand voice and visual identity, managing sales enablement, and overseeing email marketing and lead nurture sequences.
