Who You Are

You will be the primary point of contact for Deel's clients, both internally and externally. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for long-term revenue growth, and serving as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related matters. You will also act as an internal advocate for clients, promoting new products and capabilities to facilitate client expansion with Deel.

You are a passionate business builder, energized by complex and ambiguous problems, and driven to deliver impactful results. You are comfortable diving into data for insights and managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. A collaborative, high-performance team environment is essential for your success.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage a high volume of small spend accounts within either the SMB/MM or ENT segments.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and flag potential risks that could lead to customer churn.
  • Relationship Building: Develop client relationships by understanding pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
  • Product Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and relaying it to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a high-quality day-to-day experience for our customers.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses and completion of customer-related tasks.
