The Customer Success Manager should be a passionate business builder who thrives in a highly collaborative, high-performance team and is comfortable tackling complex, challenging, often ambiguous problems. They should be a talented generalist with experience in data analysis, cross-functional project management, and working with multiple stakeholders. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to identify customer pain points and provide solutions are also required.
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships, serving as a client’s trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance, and acting as an internal advocate for clients by championing new products and capabilities. You will also identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn, coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses, and provide a high-quality customer experience on a day-to-day basis, managing a high volume of small spend accounts within SMB/MM or ENT segments.
