Candidates must have experience in retention, sales, or collections, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes. Required skills include resilience, the ability to remain calm under pressure, effective negotiation and deescalation, CRM proficiency, strong customer focus, adaptability, excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, teamwork, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Retention Specialists will educate clients about the Beyond Finance financial hardship debt program, empathize with and deescalate upset clients, and use the CRM system to access client information and record interactions. They will analyze clients' financial situations, develop customized solutions to help clients achieve their debt-free goals, and encourage clients to remain in the program. Specialists must meet retention targets, earn commissions, and provide best-in-class customer service.
Debt relief solutions for unsecured debt
