Requirements

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and training in a virtual or on-site environment, with a strong focus on customer onboarding best practices. They should be comfortable serving as the primary contact between internal and external stakeholders, possess strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, and have strong technical proficiency to quickly learn new software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in using Excel for data troubleshooting, are also required. Foundational understanding of data migration processes, project management experience with SaaS customer onboarding, experience with Bloomerang products, and experience supporting Non-Profit Organizations or CRM solutions are considered nice to haves.

Responsibilities

The Onboarding Specialist will manage the customer's Getting Started Journey, conduct 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure understanding of learning content, and assist customers with recognizing value in their purchased platforms. They will act as a point of contact throughout the customer's onboarding process and manage customer hand-offs between internal Bloomerang teams, ensuring on-time deliverables and keeping internal teams and customers accountable.
