The Strategic Client Success Executive (SCSE) is the primary owner of client relationships, responsible for client retention, organic growth, and satisfaction by fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. This role serves as the strategic lead for large and complex clients, managing their enterprise strategy and growth road map. The SCSE accelerates client value by leading long-term consultative strategy and the overall client relationship, aiming to become the client’s trusted advisor. As the "face of the company" to clients, the SCSE engages with C-suite and executive healthcare leaders to assess needs, align RxSense capabilities, products, and services to solve client issues, and ensure consistent service and satisfaction.
The SCSE acts as the liaison and advocate between RxSense and clients for system/technical feature requests, escalated service issues, and business growth support. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies supporting client goals and satisfaction. A thorough understanding of the PBM environment and the broader healthcare system is essential, along with exceptional communication, reasoning, negotiation, and presentation skills.
