The Strategic Client Success Executive (SCSE) is the primary owner of client relationships, responsible for client retention, organic growth, and satisfaction by fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. This role serves as the strategic lead for large and complex clients, managing their enterprise strategy and growth road map. The SCSE accelerates client value by leading long-term consultative strategy and the overall client relationship, aiming to become the client’s trusted advisor. As the "face of the company" to clients, the SCSE engages with C-suite and executive healthcare leaders to assess needs, align RxSense capabilities, products, and services to solve client issues, and ensure consistent service and satisfaction.

The SCSE acts as the liaison and advocate between RxSense and clients for system/technical feature requests, escalated service issues, and business growth support. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies supporting client goals and satisfaction. A thorough understanding of the PBM environment and the broader healthcare system is essential, along with exceptional communication, reasoning, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong C-suite, SVP, and VP relationships across targeted clients.
  • Understand client organizations, structures, markets, membership, business drivers, and key performance indicators, connecting client needs with RxSense capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for client decision makers.
  • Manage client contracts, ensuring RxSense meets or exceeds financial, technical, and operational obligations; lead contract renewal processes to offer optimal solutions.
  • Develop, communicate, and execute strategic account plans with RxSense internal teams to drive client growth and satisfaction, including RFP support, underwriting/pricing assistance, and system/product enhancements.
  • Monitor client satisfaction throughout the year by tracking issue resolution, growth, and performance against client expectations.
  • Stay informed about market dynamics in the pharmacy benefit management industry, with a focus on technology-driven competitors and the use of technology to reduce prescription drug benefit costs.
  • Possess superior knowledge of innovations and regulatory compliance in PBM.
