Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding: Deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for midmarket and self-serve customers, ensuring rapid time to value.
  • Feature Adoption: Drive feature adoption at scale through targeted, data-driven outreach and personalized support.
  • Account Management: Monitor key metrics and leverage data insights (product usage, account health) to prioritize accounts and actions.
  • Technical Support: Assist with Technical Support as needed.
  • Customer Success Strategy: Shape and refine a scalable approach to customer success and retention, meeting customer needs efficiently and effectively.
  • Feedback & Insights: Champion customer feedback, surface trends, and share actionable insights to drive product and service improvements.
