Candidates should have 5+ years of quota-carrying closing sales experience, with at least 3 years as an enterprise seller in a fast-growing SaaS environment, demonstrating rapid career progression. Proven ability to effectively communicate and close business with repeatable processes, manage pipeline, and communicate deal progression to leadership is required. Experience with a land-and-expand motion closing $50k–$100k ACV deals, excellent prioritization skills for handling a large volume of prospects and customers, and a passion for technology with the ability to quickly learn new SaaS software applications are necessary. A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers are also essential.
The Account Executive will drive revenue growth within existing enterprise accounts by identifying and executing strategic upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities. They will partner at all levels of an organization to navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, demonstrate additional Scribe value through targeted product demos, and maximize account penetration. Responsibilities include identifying and executing upsell, cross-sell, and adoption opportunities within existing enterprise accounts, closing multiple $50k–$100k expansion deals monthly using consultative sales methodology, and developing long-term expansion strategies and roadmaps for named accounts. The role also involves uncovering new use cases and business challenges where additional Scribe solutions drive impact, navigating complex decision-making processes across multiple departments and buyer personas, and delivering targeted demos showcasing relevant Scribe capabilities for specific expansion scenarios.
