Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales, client success, or account management, with a background working with small-tier clients. A college degree is required, along with a demonstrated drive for humility, innovation, and excellence, and a strong motivation for sales. Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in prospecting and online profiling, and passion for influencing, negotiation, and closing deals are essential. Knowledge of the technology industry, technical savviness, and experience with SaaS platforms, apps, analytics, data, or databases are preferred. CRM experience, particularly with Salesforce, is a plus, as is a willingness to travel occasionally. Prior experience or knowledge of the faith sector and church staff roles is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will build relationships with targeted clients through phone and email, informing them about new products and the value of the Subsplash platform. They will develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs, assist clients in successfully utilizing and implementing Subsplash products, and educate clients on relevant industry information. The role focuses on delighting clients, increasing retention, and driving recurring revenue through strategic consulting and strengthening client relationships.
