Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in client success, care navigation, inside sales, or mental health services. They must be able to communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence across phone, SMS, and email, and tailor their tone to meet clients emotionally. The ideal candidate knows how to guide individuals through uncertainty, help them navigate options, overcome friction, and feel empowered to take the next step. They should also be able to balance structure with empathy, hit outreach and productivity goals, and remain energized in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
The Specialist I, Client Success will re-engage prospective and early-stage clients through empathetic outreach via phone, SMS, and email, including those who have shown interest but haven't booked, canceled/no-showed their first session, or are uncertain about their provider fit. They will coach clients through decision-making moments, provide clarity on platform tools, address hesitation, and offer provider support options. Responsibilities also include documenting and tracking client interactions using tools like Intercom, partnering with internal teams to resolve issues and share insights, and championing continuous improvement by identifying pain points and advocating for client needs.
