The Solutions Consultant II will lead discovery sessions to understand customer needs and identify business opportunities, using API and SaaS knowledge to provide technical solutions. They will deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, scope and design integrations, and support pre-sales efforts to meet revenue goals. Additionally, they will guide customers through implementation, go-live, and post-sales activities, including quarterly business reviews to retain and expand client accounts.
