Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in a pre-sales role within a B2B SaaS company, with experience in the identity or cybersecurity industry being a plus. Demonstrated success managing the pre-sales process for enterprise customers requiring complex solutions is necessary, along with fluency in APIs and comfortability reading Python or similar languages. An empathetic and customer-centric approach, along with a desire to work in a high-growth startup environment, are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will serve as a trusted advisor and product expert, owning all technical responsibilities throughout the sales journey for Lumos prospects and customers. They will architect demos, proofs of concept (POCs), and end-to-end solutions for complex customers, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role involves structuring POCs with clear success criteria, driving technical and process investments to scale go-to-market teams, and owning initiatives that have a meaningful impact on the company. Additionally, they will act as a subject matter expert on the market, reporting on trends, customer success stories, and common issues.
