Familiarity with AI and a forward-thinking mindset are beneficial.
The Account Executive is responsible for covering and managing their entire sales pipeline, aiming to bring new business to BambooHR. This involves educating prospective clients on the BambooHR platform, building relationships with HR professionals and business leaders, and demonstrating the potential ROI of the platform to convert prospects into clients. Daily tasks include contacting white-paper leads and conducting sales via web conference and phone, with no travel required.
