Familiarity with CRM software like Hubspot/Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Outreach or SalesLoft is required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Technical proficiency with prospecting, sales engagement, and CRM tools, with an emphasis on data tracking and hygiene, is essential.
