Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within a SaaS or membership-based business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to quickly learn and understand new products and services. Familiarity with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, is preferred.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will respond rapidly to inbound leads through various channels, including calls, texts, and emails, aiming for a response time of 10 minutes or less. You will consult and qualify leads by asking empathetic questions to understand their needs and assess their fit for Honey Homes, then book walkthroughs with Field Specialists while maintaining accurate records in HubSpot. Additionally, you will pre-qualify self-booked walkthroughs, nurture non-converting leads with value-added follow-up, test and iterate on sales strategies, re-engage cold leads, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve overall sales and marketing performance.
