A proven track record of exceeding pipeline generation and outreach targets is essential, along with hands-on expertise in Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. An analytical and technical mindset is required, as are strong project management, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Lead will be responsible for generating enterprise pipeline by booking 8-10 meetings per month and influencing over $2 million in pipeline per quarter with enterprise AI/ML leaders. This role involves executing multi-threaded outbound campaigns targeting C-level and technical personas, owning outreach across multiple channels, and leading discovery conversations. Additionally, the lead will design and optimize outbound processes, including sequence strategy, messaging, and A/B testing, build segmented account lists, and maintain the outbound technology stack. Responsibilities also include ensuring 100% CRM attribution of outbound activity, evaluating new tools for efficiency, defining and tracking KPIs, building performance dashboards, and enabling outbound best practices for sales teams.
