Requirements

Candidates should possess excitement to build a new and shape the outbound team, a professional and creative presence, grittiness to set goals and achieve them, and a positive attitude with a desire to build a world-class company, along with the ability to work independently in a rapidly changing remote environment and strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Beneficial experience with Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, AI, or Analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will qualify inbound leads, generate meetings for Account Executive teams, set meetings with cold prospects via cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn social selling, understand current and future BI/Analytics trends/initiatives, effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, work with account executives and marketing to convert leads into qualified meetings, design and execute creative sales/marketing campaigns, conduct cold calling, utilize LinkedIn for social selling and lead generation, manage and update contacts in Salesforce, and consistently work to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
