Candidates should be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours. Experience in a high-impact, high-autonomy sales role is required, with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close net new logos. Proficiency with sales tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and familiarity with AI prospecting platforms are necessary. A strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, Paid Media, Analytics, and Creative is preferred.
The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for hunting new business and building relationships with enterprise prospects, owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach to final signature. This includes proactively identifying and engaging high-value accounts, building relationship maps, and filling the sales funnel with qualified leads. They will also run strategic conversations, align stakeholders, build custom proposals, handle objections, and collaborate with internal subject matter experts. The role involves owning a $3M annual net new business quota, managing deal velocity, forecast accuracy, and CRM hygiene, while representing Seer in the market through calls, panels, and events.
