As a Business Development Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing BDR team to generate qualified sales opportunities, develop and implement outbound and inbound sales strategies, build and nurture a strong sales pipeline, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, continuously evaluate and optimize business development processes, monitor key performance metrics, and stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
