Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales talent, conducting business reviews with clients alongside the team, and collaborating with internal departments like pricing, legal, implementation, and product to support complex sales and renewals. The role involves leveraging Experian's data assets for tailored solutions, driving new customer acquisition, account expansion, and retention, maintaining accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasting, and leading RFP efforts. A key focus is promoting a culture centered on customer experience, accountability, and results.
