Responsibilities

  • Identify meaningful engagement opportunities to help clients get the most value out of products
  • Identify opportunities to work with clients on products they’re yet to subscribe to
  • Support a growing number of clients and cultivate relationships
  • Find new and creative ways to demonstrate value and grow user engagement
  • Drive value for clients from research and data products
  • Become a trusted resource for clients
  • Identify and activate new users on existing accounts
  • Identify and/or nurture upsell opportunities
  • Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally
  • Develop sales and account management skills for growth into sales roles
