Requirements

Passionate about mental health and expanding access to care
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations
Proven ability to manage and convert a high volume of inbound leads
Adaptable to change and willing to learn new systems and tools
Collaborative and coachable
Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role (healthcare or SaaS preferred)

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for prospective providers
Offer strategic business guidance to support providers in opening and growing their practices
Deeply understand Grow’s mission, value proposition, and platform
Partner with 30+ new providers each week
Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-ups
Cultivate meaningful relationships with providers
Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and personal growth goals
