Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer in an established codebase, with expertise in Typescript, React, and Golang, and proficiency in GraphQL and a dynamically typed language. A deep understanding of relational databases like Postgres, a track record of building resilient, observable, and well-tested distributed systems at scale, and proficiency with AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT are required. Bonus points for experience with A/B testing, pricing and subscriptions, or payments.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design and implementation of features and systems that drive monetization, and partner with product and design to define and run experiments, translating results into roadmap decisions. They will be hands-on across the full stack building features, improving scalability, reliability, and observability of pricing and other systems, and mentoring engineers while setting technical and testing standards. The role involves shipping A/B tests, understanding user behavior to improve conversion and retention, and influencing architecture and guiding technical decisions across teams.
