  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Japanese (N3 or higher) and business-level English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize

  • Significant previous experience in a client-facing role and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Proactive outreach to contact clients and discuss current services, client needs, complementing products, and required service follow-up
  • Retention activities including 30, mid-point, and renewal touch points documented in SFDC
  • Introduce and position new product packages specifically designed for Primary Accounts
  • Manage incoming calls and e-mails for assigned accounts via Customer Care and the Commodity Insights website
  • Set-up and provide training as needed in coordination with sales specialists and support team
  • Contact all newly added contract users to introduce them to the products
  • Discover and diagnose possible up-sell / cross-sell opportunities
  • Assist with product demos and meeting scheduling for assigned accounts as collaborative opportunities arise
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Work across Commodity Insights organization to resolve any client issues in a timely manner
  • Document all client interactions in SFDC
  • Complete other assignments as required and/or assigned
