Registered Nurse - Japanese Medical LLM Evaluator

Position Overview

Hippocratic AI is seeking a fluent Japanese-speaking Registered Nurse to contribute to the evaluation and refinement of our Japanese-speaking medical Large Language Model (LLM). This role is crucial for ensuring the model's accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and effectiveness in communicating with Japanese-speaking patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical Japanese and the cultural nuances of healthcare communication within this demographic.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Japanese-speaking Medical Model: Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of our Japanese-speaking model, ensuring it aligns with clinical standards and cultural expectations.
• Provide Insights: Advise on linguistic and cultural nuances to improve patient communication and model effectiveness.
• Review Error Reports: Analyze and provide feedback on error reports from simulated patient calls, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ongoing Support: Offer continued evaluation and advice as the model evolves.

Requirements

• Nursing License: Valid nursing license in your practicing country.
• Fluency in Japanese: Proficiency in both general and medical Japanese.
• Experience with Japanese-speaking Patients: Demonstrated experience working with Japanese-speaking patients, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, especially in identifying and addressing language and cultural nuances in medical communication.

• Cultural Competence: Understanding of cultural variations and their impact on healthcare delivery among Japanese-speaking communities.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with virtual communication tools and model evaluation processes.
