Requirements

Candidates must have 6+ years of sales experience selling technical solutions and software products into the enterprise market, with a proven track record in securing new logos and executing complex enterprise sales strategies. Experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or AI/ML is required, along with a solution-based selling approach, strong presentation and listening skills, and the ability to manage complex sales processes. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent organization, contact management capabilities, and the ability to independently develop and close new client relationships, consistently hitting multi-million dollar revenue targets annually. Familiarity with Snowflake's product and a hunter mentality are also expected.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will prospect, develop, and close net new business within the enterprise market, focusing on customer acquisition and meeting sales quotas. Responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations, acting as a trusted advisor by understanding customer roadmaps, and driving the Snowflake solution. The role involves landing, adopting, expanding, and deepening sales opportunities, developing regional sales strategies and target prospect lists, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance. Additionally, Account Executives are expected to build the product and company as their own, defining and executing sales plans to meet targets, and maintaining confidentiality and security standards for sensitive customer data.
