Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS, advertising technology, or digital advertising sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and successfully managing complex sales processes in a competitive market. Required skills include strong prospecting abilities across multiple channels, experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Force Management, Challenger, or Sandler, an understanding of the digital marketing and adtech ecosystem, strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, and existing relationships with D2C brands. A self-starter mentality with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills is essential.
The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities to consistently achieve quarterly sales quotas. Responsibilities include managing a robust pipeline, leveraging outbound sales strategies, conducting consultative sales calls and presentations to understand customer needs and position solutions, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success and smooth onboarding, and sharing market insights and customer feedback to influence product development.
