Requirements

Candidates must have 6+ years of sales experience with consistent success meeting or exceeding sales objectives, selling technical solutions and software products into the enterprise market. Demonstrable experience executing enterprise complex sales strategies and tactics within Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and/or AI/ML is required. Familiarity with a solution-based approach to selling, experience managing a complex sales process, and excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management capabilities are necessary. The ability to build the product and company as if it were their own, defining and executing sales plans to meet strategic and financial targets, and leveraging industry, partner, and Go-to-Market knowledge are expected. A reputation for making each other better, resulting in long-standing relationships with internal cross-functional partners and the ability to create an inclusive work environment, is also required. Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships and experience hitting multi-million dollar revenue targets annually are essential. Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will strategically pursue net new business and expand business for current customers. This role encompasses prospecting, developing, and closing business in a timely manner while focusing on client requirements. Responsibilities include becoming an expert on Snowflake’s product, conducting discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers. The Account Executive will act as a trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive the Snowflake solution. They will be responsible for prospecting qualification, developing new sales opportunities, and ongoing revenue streams. The role involves landing, adopting, expanding, and deepening sales opportunities with accounts in their region. Achieving sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy and target prospect list is crucial. The Account Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.
