Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience leading quota-carrying customer-facing teams in the Enterprise segment. A proven track record of achieving targets through leadership and coaching is necessary, along with a passion for team development and the ability to create effective onboarding and ongoing enablement programs. Experience managing Mid-Market and Enterprise customers with complex requirements is required, as well as strong critical thinking and communication skills. Candidates should also be able to engage effectively across internal teams and have a deep curiosity about emerging technologies and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Account Management will hire and develop a team of expert Account Managers, fostering a culture of customer value and high performance. They will contribute to the design of the upmarket Account Management methodology and define playbooks to achieve KPIs. Responsibilities include delivering accurate forecasts for retention and expansion performance, driving adoption of key Account Management competencies, and developing enablement programs for team members.
