Requirements
- 2 to 8+ years of experience in media, SaaS, or digital advertising sales
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex sales processes
- Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels (phone, LinkedIn, video, email)
- Experience with MEDDPICC or MEDDIC qualification methodologies
- Experience with a sales methodology (e.g., Force Management, Challenger, Sandler)
- Deep understanding of online marketing, B2B go-to-market strategies, and the challenges faced by demand generation teams
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities
- Consistently achieve quarterly sales quotas by managing a robust pipeline and leveraging outbound sales strategies
- Conduct consultative sales calls and presentations, deeply understanding customer needs and positioning solutions effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and smooth onboarding
- Share valuable market insights and customer feedback to influence product development
