Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B SaaS, preferably with enterprise customers, and experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple buyer personas. Strong consultative selling skills, a background in consulting or technical/analytics platforms, and experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment are highly valued. Candidates must be proactive, dependable, quick, curious, sharp, and energized by closing deals, problem-solving, and collaboration. Additionally, candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing enterprise deals, and conduct tailored discovery and demo calls with both technical and business stakeholders. They will partner with Customer Success Managers to identify and pursue expansion opportunities, develop pipeline through creative outbound strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership teams. The role also involves contributing ideas and insights to enhance sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
