The VP of Operations will lead and scale Business Operations, Ad Operations, and Creative Operations functions, reporting to the CFO. This role involves aligning cross-functional initiatives, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring high-performance execution across core teams. Responsibilities include overseeing procurement, facilities, campaign delivery, creative workflows, company-wide business planning, and championing automation and AI. The VP will lead AdOps, Business Operations, RevOps, Creative Ops, and Partner Integrations teams, driving alignment and efficiency. They will also manage key operational areas like procurement and real estate, lead strategic planning for company-wide initiatives, and ensure Creative Operations processes align with campaign delivery and brand standards. Establishing and tracking KPIs, identifying lean processes, and staying ahead of industry trends are also key duties.
