Deep expertise in the SaaS business model, customer dynamics, and market trends is required, along with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. Experience with modern digital partner tools and operational systems such as Crossbeam, Impartner, Workspan, and Tackle.io, as well as partner-focused AI tools, is also necessary. Proven success in scaling global partner operations, driving measurable impact, and building/leading high-performing, globally distributed teams is crucial.
The Director of Global Partner Operations will develop and execute a global partner operations strategy to scale Saviynt’s partner ecosystem, encompassing VARs, system integrators, resellers, service providers, and technology partners. This role involves overseeing partner onboarding, enablement, and performance to maximize partner-driven revenue, and partnering cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to drive joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling efforts. Responsibilities include defining and monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting to track performance and ROI, providing data-driven insights to enhance partner efficiency and productivity, and driving process improvement using best practices. The Director will also represent Saviynt at industry events and executive forums to reinforce leadership in identity governance.
